We are currently looking for a Management Consultant & Executive Business Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant and Executive Business
Coach to join our new organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on consultative business strategy alignment, leadership development, business development and change management. Additionally, the candidate will work with our executive clients to identify their professional goals, create action plans, and support them in achieving their objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Neuro Science knowledge.

• Minimum of 15 years experience as a management consultant, executive coach, or in a related role.

• Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects, including strategy development, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

• Proven track record of delivering and implementing coaching as part of a leadership culture.

• Strong knowledge of business processes and practices, including operations, marketing and human resources.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring executives on leadership development, career management, and personal effectiveness.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations and facilitate group discussions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

• Identifying opportunities for new business development and working with clients to develop business plans to support these opportunities.
